Fred Form founded the company back in 1987, and has over 40 years of experience working for 2 CPA firms. Fred Form is the current owner and operator of this business and works with his spouse. Specializing in small to medium size business accounting services, Fred has dedicated much of his life to providing these types of clients with the best services possible. His attention to detail, and the personal touch he gives to each account, is something that our clients love and has helped us to grow as they refer us to other clients.

Our company has received several awards of recognition during our years of service. In 1993, Fred was chosen as the Small Business Person of the Year for the Levittown Chamber of Commerce. Fred was also President of the New York Society of Independent Accountants in 1985-1986. Fred was also the President of Local Charter of New York Society of Independent Accountants from 1989-1992. Fred is also very active in the community providing service, and was also a member and Treasurer of the Local Levittown Chamber of Commerce for many years.

The company currently services all 5 Boroughs of New York, including Nassau and Suffolk. The company mission is to make our clients successful in their business endeavors by helping them spend the least amount afforded by law when it comes to taxes. We believe that every client should be treated in a professional and ethical manner, while also being given the best possible tax advice. We strive to continue our education with taxes and tax law to be able to give our clients the insight that they need in order to allow them to make the best financial decisions in order to maximize their profits.

One of the other things that has helped to set us apart from other accounting firms is our ability to provide extensive research services. Through the years we have been able to become associated with many other professionals nationwide. This has allowed us to build up a multitude of contacts in order to get any question answered so that you have all of the answers you need. In order to provide the "personal touch" that we pride ourselves on, we are able to respond to correspondence within 24 hours time. If an emergency comes up, we will go out of our way to take care of it, and will even work on the weekend if need be.
